Food Pairing – Demera’s lentil sambussa w/Two Brother’s Domaine Dupage French Country Ale

Just trying to make it a habit of posting some suggestions regularly, and this is one I partake in almost monthly. Demera is Chicago’s finest Ethiopian dining experience, and their lentil sambussas and the spicy sauce that accompanies them blend beautifully with Two Brother’s Domaine Dupage French Country Ale, a biere de garde style beer that is malty, dry-finishing, and hints at spices and sweet breads.
