Speed Rack, if you didn't already know, is the boozy competition that pits female bartenders against each other and has raised over $700,000 to support the fight against breast cancer. 100% of attendee ticket sales and raffle/auction sales go directly to charity. Many of us have enjoyed the shenanigans of watching a friend or favorite bartender speed through some classic cocktails, then banter with the judges as their final product is broken down. Now, you can watch 2 Chicago vets, Katie Renshaw (Drumbar) and Julia Gordon (Lost Lake), joined by Chicago newcomer/southeast region champion Madelyn Kay (Beatnik), battle against other bartenders from around the country to follow in hometown girl Mony Bunni's (Prairie School) footsteps as Speed Rack Champion. In total, 16 competitors (8 winners and 8 wildcards from the 8 regions) battle at Revel Fulton Market this Tuesday!
