This is the cocktail I should have started with, since it's a bitter and bright way to start drinking. Very lively and definitely did the cliché sounding appetite wetting you expect from an aperitif style cocktail.
This is my first time having this amaro and granada valley. Can't say I have Salers that often either. This is nothing like the Cocktail Louisianne, which is something I used to make a lot. This one would go great with a salad or chilled shellfish.
