Grand Central at the Wells Street Market

Years of writing and work in the industry, and I feel like these "update" related posts are half of the blog. That's about to change! For the past month or so, I've been working on a new project, which is opening up the Grand Central bar at the new Wells Street Market. We're at the corner of Wacker and Wells in the Loop. Naturally, I'm in charge of the beer list, but also will be bartending here regularly when not running around selling and representing products in Chicagoland. Keep your eyes on the blog for more information, menus, menu highlights, and more. I'll probably try to post weekly to talk about a beer, wine, or cocktail we're serving, plus working with our partners to share their other events around town.
